DGS is happy to provide samples for project opportunities dependent upon the item being requested.

Has my order shipped?
If you placed an order on our website, DGS will e-mail your tracking information to you the day after your order ships. If you have not received tracking, your order has likely not shipped.
I need a freight estimate prior to placing my order, who should I contact?

· any special requirements such as lift gate or residential address
· Freight estimates take 24-48 hours to generate.
Why isn’t shipping estimated on some of your items?
DGS offers a vast array of products ranging from very small items that ship via Fed. Ex. package service to very large items that ship by truck service. Shipping charges on many of the larger items are highly dependent upon the type of facility we are delivering to and the most economical rates are estimated by our shipping dept. We are happy to provide shipping estimates upon request prior to shipping an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. If you require a shipping estimate, please contact us. International estimates generally take about a week to estimate.

What is an 'insert'?
An insert is the printed piece that slides in and out of the directory sign.
What is the process for placing an aisle marker or hanging aisle directory order?
· Please place your order on our website. Within 24 hrs. you will receive an insert order form from us with instructions for completing.
· Complete our form indicating what you would like us to print and any color or font requirements.
· DGS will issue a PDF proof for your approval prior to printing.
· One round of changes can be made to the proof, anything beyond one round is subject to a $75 new proof fee.
How do I customize my inserts/aisle markers/ hanging aisle directories? How do I add my store logo?
You would need to fill out the insert form sent to you after placing an order online.
What are my customization options?
The inserts can say anything you need them to say. You can also customize the colors and font. DGS can match any color or font.
Can I bypass filling out the insert order form and e mail you my list?
We unfortunately cannot complete the form for you. Taking the time to complete the form on your own will ensure that you receive exactly what you want and will help us to expedite the proofing process.
Is there a limit to the amount of characters I can use on the inserts?
No, please note that the more characters used, the smaller the font.
Are the inserts double sided?
The insert that slides in and out of a sign is printed single sided, so if you need the same category on the front and back of the sign, indicate quantity 2 on the order form.
How long until I can see a proof?
We will e-mail a proof for your approval within 24-48 hours after your insert order form has been submitted.
What is the lead time for aisle markers and hanging aisle directories?
The standard lead time is 2 weeks from the time we have an approved proof.

Can I purchase the aisle markers without the inserts?
Yes, please place your order online and indicate in the order comments that you do not need the inserts and we will ship to you.
How wide are the brackets and what shelving are they compatible with?
The mounting brackets will fit on a shelving unit that is about 2.5in thick. We guarantee that the brackets will fit on Madix and Lozier brand shelves.

What is the lead time for wall and island units?
Depending on the size of the order, DGS can usually stain and ship within a week or two.
Can I order more shelves/bins at a later time?
Yes, please order online or call 1800-211-9646 to place an order.
Do the units ship fully assembled?
No, they are shipped on pallets and assembly is required. Instruction sheets will be provided.
Why is freight on my wall and island unit so high?
Wall and island orders are shipped on pallets and freight is handled as a standard dock delivery. If you do not have a working shipping dock or the resources available to get the pallet(s) off the truck, DGS will need to charge for lift gate services or an inside delivery.
Can you quote on a different configuration of shelves and bins other than what is on your website?
Yes, we can. You would need to tell us whether you are interested in a wall (84”T) or island unit (54”T), the length (in 4’ increments), the amount and size of shelves, type of shelf, number of bin sets required and number of aisle markers required. Please send these requests to aliroberts@dgsretail.com
Can you order a different height/width unit?
Yes, we would have to custom quote unit heights other than 54" and 84". Please note that we only stock 54”T and 84”T uprights in 48” width. If you need a different size than what we stock, please tell us whether you are interested in a wall or island unit, the height requirements, the width requirements, the amount and size of shelves, type of shelf, number of bin sets required and number of aisle markers required. Please send these requests to aliroberts@dgsretail.com Please also note that the lead time for custom sizes increases from 1-2 week to about 6 weeks or more.
What size shelves do you offer?
For the wood slatted bakery shelves, we offer a 12”x48” shelf and a 16”x48” shelf. For the metal shelves we offer a 14”x48”, a 18”x48” and 20”x48”. We also stock 18"x36" shelves for end cap units.
What size bases do you offer?
We stock a 20"Dx48W", 14D"x36D", and 20D"x36W" base.
Can I order non stocked sizes?
Yes, however, the lead time increases to about 6-8 weeks from 1-2 weeks if you go with stocked sizes.
What are the dimensions of the bin sets and how many wine bottles can they hold?
Overall size is 8"x18"x9", Internal compartments each measuring 14" front-to-back x 11" wide x 8" tall. Overall capacity of 36 bottles (750 mL bottles that are 11in tall)
Can the dimensions of the wood bin sets be adjusted?
No, they are fixed dimensions.
Are the shelves and bin sets removable and can they be arranged in a different configuration than shown on the website?
Yes, all of the accessory items are removable and can be adjusted to meet your requirements on the metal uprights.
If you order has wood trim and requires staining, the lead time is 1 week. If you are ordering the metal table without trim, we can usually ship next day pending inventory levels.
